Want your students to be begging to do more word problems!? They will when they get ahold of these! This Color Me Crazy Word Problem Unit includes 11 different ready to print coloring pages, each with a specific math concept. On each page there are 8 different rigorous word problems.
The students solve the word problem (no work space included – we use dry erase boards!) and then find their answer on the back in the coloring page. They then color that space the assigned color from the box in which they were solving. The great thing is that everyone’s page at the end of the activity will look the same which makes it easy to check for understanding and mistakes at a quick glance!
These word problems are more geared towards 3rd/4th grade but can easily be used for advanced 2nd and lower 5th! Download the preview to see all of the concepts included and the coloring pages. The pages are not holiday themed so they can be used at any point of the year.
