Squeeze in some quick and engaging close reading practice with these daily close reading quickies! Each passage is broken down into one activity for Monday through Friday. Students are engaged in the themed texts and are asked to answer questions using text evidence, use close reading codes and practice responding to a text. There are 5 engaging passages all having to do with the theme of summer:
