Thanksgiving Context Clue Activity

Need something interesting and fun during November to help with context clues? Here you go! Teach your students how to “Talk Like a Pilgrim” with this fun and enticing activity!

This activity can be used in a variety of ways: small group, center, whole group, etc.

Students will read cards with sentences. In each sentence is a word used by pilgrims. Students will use context clues from the sentences to help figure out the meaning of the ‘pilgrim’ word. A recording sheet and answer key are both included as well as a context clues anchor chart poster. 10 cards in all are included in the activity.
